Emotional burning out and level of self-actualization at musically - pedagogical workers are studied. It is spent revealing of neurotic reactions at musicians during public statements, their clinic-psychopathological structure is studied. Efficiency of the developed system of preventive maintenance and psychotherapeutic correction of neurotic frustration which consists of reduction of neurotic symptoms, elimination of signs of emotional burning out, improvement of interpersonal interaction is shown. The basic methods of treatment-and-prophylactic influence are resulted. Results of the analysis of quality of a life of women with depression in structure of neurotic frustration, and their husbands are presented. Attempt to estimate degree of influence of an affective component on a degree of quality of a life of sick women and members of their families is made; efficiency of carrying out in this case is proved family psychotherapy; at employees of psychiatric hospitals with the various experience of work without signs of emotional burning out indicators of social intelligence and some aspects of interpersonal mutual relations are studied, directions of correctional trainings are offered; on the basis of results of clinic-psychopathological and clinic-psychological research the therapeutic complex is developed for patients with organic depressive frustration vascular genesis the late age.
