At the first stage premorbidal features of patients have been studied, the psychosocial factors, able to influence current of disease. Individual personal structures, influence on them of gender factors are constructed and analysed. Differences in development of a demonstrative psychosis in group of men and women have been installed. Depending on gender features the program of group and individual psychosocial interventions including trainings of social skills, and also individual work with families of patients and therapy by support has been developed. Efficiency of the developed system of prophylaxis and psychotherapeutic, medicamental and social correction at the patients who have transferred the first psychotic episode, consisten in individual trainings from patients and their relatives referred on rising complains, improvement of interpersonal interaction has been shown. The basic methods of treatment-and-prophylactic influence are resulted. Necessity of exercise of specific actions at early stages of development of process in view of gender specificity is proved.
