The investigation will help to clarify the causes and development course of various system disorders as well as to elaborate comprehensive approach to their timely diagnosis and treatment, and to choose the most adequate correction methods. Stem cell, embryonal and fetal tissue culture transplantation is a very promising method for systemic disorders correction, but its influence upon the neuroimmunoendocrine system has not been adequately explored though the problem is being studied nowadays by scientists all over the world with increasing attention. In this research fragment, the following issues have been investigated: the immune component of the neuroimmunoendocrine system both in a systemic autoimmune disease animal model and in patients with such systemic diseases as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, scleroderma systematica; suprarenal tissue transplantation effect on the immune system in a rat systemic autoimmune disease model; embryonal stem cell transplantation influence on the behaviour in a rat allergic dermatitis model and on the behaviour and blood parameters in male and female gonadal deficiency rat models; ovarian tissue culture transplntation impact on the cardiovascular and thermoregulatory systems in gonadectomised female rats. The findings allow us to understand better the peculiarities of neuroimmenoendocrine interactions under various disorders, demonstrate the most effective correction options used, let us improve quality of life better.
