Economically sound methods of treatment and prophylaxis of viral hepatitis in Donbas were developed. Screening of groups of risk for viral hepatitis was economically based. Efficiency of treatment of viral hepatitis was estimated. Different methods of prophylaxis of viral hepatitis were economically based. It decreases cost of diagnosis of 1 case of viral hepatitis by 50% and it allows to discover a case of viral hepatitis 4-5 years earlier.
