THE PURPOSE of the WORK: increasing of efficiency of the treatment, reduction of the frequency relapse on base of the development of the modern criterion of the early diagnostics and improvement of the ways of the treatment and preventive maintenances of the complications of Diabetes Mellitus in children. RESULTS: on the grounds of examinations of 180 children with Diabetes Mellitus type 1 (DM) and 50 healthy children are elaborated clinics and instrumental shifts, inherent early period of the complications of DM, is confirmed the role of dopplerography of kidney and ureaferments in early development and diagnosis of DM nephropathy in children. It is nessasary to perform the electromyogram to determine the diabetes polyneuropathy in children with type 1 DM. The evidences of correcting of DM type 1 with "Actival Kid" has been estimated. Using of "Actival Kid" has allowed to improve the DM duration; to obtain the well-marked reduction of DM relapse in patients. On background of the treatment with this drug is noted reduction of the number relapse of DM and absences of development of diabetes complications. EFFICIENCY: reduction of duration of nonsatisfactory glycaemic control in 1,5 times, the amount of relapse in 1,8 times.
