The research purpose is improvement of the effectiveness of restorations on the base of the experimentally clinical reasoning of a differential choice of acetone and ethanol containing adhesion systems according to the patient's age. The diagnostic techniques are clinical researches, electron microscopical studing for the purpose of a definition of adaptation the photopolymeric restorations with hard tooth tissues during the different age periods, mathematical and statistical. The results of researches are based on working out of the recommendations concerning a choice and practical using of modern adhesion systems in age aspect which considerably raises efficiency of restoration therapy. The most informative criteria of an estimation of photopolymeric restorations during the different age periods are offered. At first it has been proved the advantage of using in different age groups acetone and ethanol containing adhesion systems. The results of scientific workings are introduced in clinical practice of stomatologic institutions of Donetsk and Donetsk region. The method of differential use of acetone and ethanol containing adhesion systems according to patient age is developed. The economic efficiency is approbation of the method has confirmed its highest efficiency directly and in the remote terms of supervision. Introduction possibility.
