ODJECTIVE: to improve the treatment efficiency of complicated caries of teeth via the usage of choice of optimal method of endodontic cure by different relation from initial and medical factors, wich influenced to ultimate medical results for persistent apical periodontitis and tooth tissues. NOVELTY: for the first time it has been determined that apical level of dental stopping offers no action to prognostication of medical results of chronic periodontitis. The results of treatment hasn't been predictive on diagnosis only as initial predictor. The probability of favorable medical results for periodontitis with retention of apical constriction hasn't been depended from proportion of destruction zone. The medical results have been depended from apical level of tooth fillind and correspondence between apical level of instrumental manipulation and root canal filling. The probability of favorable medical results for periodontitis with destruction of apical constriction have been depended on apical level filling, difference in apical level of instrumental manipulation and root canal filling. Also The probability of favorable medical results for periodontitis with destruction of apical constriction have been depended on proportion of destruction zone.
