The goal of investigation: to increase the efficiency of treatment ГПЭ among women of reproductive period by development and application pathogenetically grounded individual methods of diagnostics and treatment this pathology depending on apoptosis's indices in endometrium. Methods of investigation: clinical, ultrasonic, videoscopic, morphologic, radioimmunometrical, immunohistochemical, statistical. Results acquired: In work the question of increase of efficiency of simple nonatypical hyperplasia of endometrium (SNHE) treatment in the women of reproductive age is decided by development and introduction of pathogenically worked individual methods of diagnostics and treatment of this pathology. In patients with SNHE the state of apoptosis on the lymphocytes of peripheral blood and in the endometrium, intercommunication between these indexes, and also between the level of expression of bcl-2 and receptors to the sexual hormones in endometrium are appraised. The features of hormonal homeostasis and T-cellular link of immunity are trained in the women of reproductive age with the SNHE presence depending on the indexes of apoptosis in the endometrium. It was developed, inculcated and appraised the method of the differentiated treatment SNHE in the women of reproductive age depending on the indexes of apoptosis in the endometrium.Newness: For the first time the state of apoptosis upon the lymphocytes of peripheral blood is investigated (CD95+) and in endometrium (bcl-2) among patients with SNHE is investigated and the relationship between these indiсes,and also the dependence between bcl-2 expression and sex hormones receptors in endometrium. The data about state of hormonal profile of women's at their reproductive age with SNHE with various indices of apoptosis in endometrium is obtained. Field of application: gynecology departments of regional and state hospitals, antenatal clinics.
