OBJECTIVE: to improve dental medical quality for children with diseases of hard tooth tissues, parodentium, tunica mucosa of mouth via the usage of individual preventive programs, which based on individual prediction of dental health. RESULTS: the results of clinical and laboratory investigation of children in different scale of age with inborn and acquired diseases of dentofacial region in time before and after surgery have been analyzed. The individual preventive programs have been formulated. Those programs suffer sufficiently to predict and to diagnose timely pathology of hard tooth tissues, parodentium, tunica mucosa of mouth. NOVELTY: new methodological approach to formation of dispensary groups has been developed. That method bases on data of maintenance inspections, clinical-and-laboratory examinations, mathematical simulation and prediction of dental health. That method permits to the opportunity to model of individual dental health and provides the design of individual preventive dental programs.
