Objective of the research: increase of efficiency of chronic pancreatitis treatment in combination with gastroesophageal reflux disease and obesity. Methods of the research: clinical, biochemical, immunoenzyme, radioimmunoassay technique, tool, histologic, anthopometrical, statistical. The received results: there are obtained peculiarities of clinical picture of combined diseases, evaluated functional state and structural changes of the pancreas and results of endoscopic study of esophagus and stomach. By results of study of gastric acid-production function it is proved that significant hyperacidity prevails in patients. As by results of 24 hours' esophageal pH-metry it is revealed that patients have increased quantity of gastroesophageal refluxes.
