Object of research: 255 patients who were on treatment in surgical clinic Central City Clinical Hospital №1 of Donetsk. The work purpose: working out and a clinical substantiation of expediency of use in surgical practice of advanced techniques of formation gastro enteric and enter enteric anastomoses on bodies of a gastro enteric path at restoration of their continuity at the various pathological conditions directed on decrease of quantity of postoperative complications. Research methods: clinical, morphological, cliniсal, laboratory, tool (radiological, endoscopic), statistical. The received results: more effective techniques of formation gastro enteric, enter enteric anastomoses are developed at made anastomoses bodies of a gastro enteric path in planned and urgent surgeries; the formation technique antistenoses the end-trailer gastro duodenal anastomoses is improved at stenosis piloro duodenal ulcers and the end-trailer antistenosts enter enteric anastomoses. It is studied endoscopic, X-ray examination and morphologic a functional condition of area improved the end-trailer anastomoses in terms of clinical supervision of 1-2 weeks - till 1 year. Novelty: for the first time are developed antistenosis and tool techniques of formation gastro enteric and enter enteric anastomoses at patients with a various pathology of bodies gastro enteric tract which are protected declarations by patents for inventions of Ukraine. Can be introduced: in work of surgical clinics, regional, regional and city hospitals, chairs postgraduate university of Ukraine. Efficiency: Application of advanced techniques made anastomoses has allowed to lower quantity of patients with anastomosites in the early postoperative period from 25 % to 11 %, to improve functional results of intervention.
