Purpose of the work: development and putting into clinical practice the complex of the diagnostic, therapeutic and rehabilitative measures, directed toward an improvement in the results of treating the children with the congenital and acquired surgical pathology of the organs of thoracic and abdominal cavities. Obtained results: there is evaluated the effectiveness of conservative tactics with the injury of spleen in children. The procedure of extracorporeal antibacterial therapy during the treatment of severe pyoseptic illnesses in children is developed. Are studied the follow-up results in children after the extensive resection of the small intestine, hydro-nephrosis, vesicoureteral reflux and megaureter. The action of Propofol on the newly born animals is studied in the experiment.
