The level of the osteous metabolism regulators in the blood under parodontitis determines a differentiated approach to the administration of local, general and combined therapy. With a moderately increased level of PGE2 and PGF2 local antioxigenic therapy is the most effective one. The use of the proposed method increases the length of a stable clinicoroentgenological stabilization of the inflammatory and destructive process in the parodontium. The use of the method decreases the number of cases of recurrences by 27,1%.
