We introduce the scheme of free resources regulation under the influence of the global economic crisis on the domestic economy. We also introduce the concretization and classification of the allocation of financial resources by level of risk in investment assets. The main scientific result we consider the proposed approach to selecting the least risky types of investment assets for investors and companies in the stock market intermediary companies.
