Electronic circuit of capacitive devise which make linear dependence between size of air gap and value of measurement electrical capacity of sensor is proposed. Experimental models of capacitive devise for measurement air gap for capsular gydrogenerator CГК 538/160 - 70М are developed and manufactured. These were made with use theoretical investigation. Cureuitsof lazer measuring devises for linear displacements are proposed. Circuits on base of phase phototachymeter with use elements of lightguide optic are made. Block diagrams and electric schematic diagrams of wide-range analyzer of altemating field and magnetostatic field are proposed. These diagrams has microcontroller adjustment of error. Results of investigation may be recommended for use in control and diagnostic systems of power equipment, for example, hydro power, hydro accumulating power, thermal power station, atomic power station.
