A research purpose is development of highly productive and energy saving technology of liquidation of fire hazard matters in the capacities of small volumes direct induction heating and development of principles of construction of compact and mobile equipment for its realization. Investigational processes of the direct and indirect induction heating of unregulated mass of ferromagnetic wares which are in capacities. The analysis of efficiency is conducted from energy charges of the considered charts of heating of wares, as compared to electro-heating of wares by resistance in a steel capacity. It is developed physics - mathematical model of the direct induction heating of ferromagnetic wares with the filled internal cavity, which are in magnet permeablei capacities in the unregulated state. A model allows to define power and time of heating to the set temperature of the wares different located in a capacity. Description of the developed technical document is presented on the experimental standard of induction heater of unregulated mass of ferromagnetic wares of small sizes which are in magnet permeablei capacity. A technical document includes draft experimental a standard and passport of inductor. Calculation dependences are resulted on determination of power parameters of inductor, which include it general power, power-factor, value of temperatures of wares and capacity, size of current, in an inductor and electric system. Calculation dependences and method of calculation of the modes of the induction heating are resulted, which takes into account thermophysical properties of material of capacities and matter which will be liquidated, maximum possibilities in part of speed of heating and provides the receipt of burst performance at minimum energy charges. The method of control of temperatures of wares, which is executed from data of temperatures of 2-3 wares which are in the not looked after area of heating is developed. The flow diagram of the mobile setting and chart of quality management of technological process of heating is developed . Experimental researches are conducted from the induction heating of model standards and imitators of wares in an inductor for the mobile setting. On the basis of results of researches the highly productive is developed and energy saving technology of liquidation of inflammable matters.
