Aim of investigations - working out a complex scientifically substantiated system of measures for optimization of parameters of roots containing medium, increase of fertility and sanitation of greenhouse grounds, that will favour more complete realization of their biological potential, increase of tomato productivity and satisfy the requirements of resources sowing and environment safety. It is determined that effective methods for increase of permanent greenhouse grounds fertility are sideral fertilizers, that are used couped with the straw, spent mycosubstrata and the microbiological preparation phosphoenterin, which favour enrichment of the ground arable layer by nutrient soluble forms, increase of biological activity by 28-62 % and yield of tomato by 11-18.4 %, improvement of greenhouse areas phytosanitary state, in particular, reduce of tomato plants affection by root rots by 17-94 %.
