Research purpose: increase of efficiency of treatment of patients with gliomas of cerebral hemispheras with median distribution. Research methods and apparats: CT, MRI, SPECT; method of pathomorphological and operating comparisons, immunological and genetic researches/ Theoretical and practical results: analysis of results of CT, MRI, SPECT of researches and surgical treatment of patients from with median distribution allowed glomas to develop the criteria of the differentiated going near the leadthrough of surgical interferences and measures which allow to decrease intraoperative injury, to attain the maximal volume of resection, promote efficiency of surgical treatment and improve quality of life of the operated patients. Novelty of work: the features of CT are certain, MRI, SPECT which allow to optimize surgical tactic; efficiency of the developed methods of surgical interferences is well-proven with the differentiated use of microsurgical, laser technique, system of neuronavigation, modern methods, local haemostasis. Efficiency of introduction: the improvement of results of treatment of patients on gliomas with median distribution by differential application of modern methods of neurovisualisation, is instrumental in clear determination of criteria of selection of patients, which surgical interference is rotined with the use of modern surgical technologies (laser, ultrasonic technologies, neuronavigation), optimization of charts of leadthrough of chemotherapy,radiotherapy.
