Petrenko, Registration Date 18-12-2009 Organization Institute for Applied System Analysis at NASc and Ministry of Education of Ukraine popup.description2 The new approaches and methods to build exact microelectromechanical system (MEMS) macromodels have been developed which base on the theory of electromechanical analogies and the modern methods of RLC circuit mathematical model reduction. The macromodelling methods and the algorithms of MEMS mathematical model construction and reduction allow reducing MEMS mathematical macromodels dimensions and representing them as equivalent reduced electrical circuits with a minimal loss of accuracy from the signal delay and transfer function shape point of view. The analysis of the calculation results shows that the full circuit equivalent model does not yield by accuracy to the mathematical model based on the finite-element method while an inaccuracy of macromodels being obtained is within the engineering error limits (1-10%).
