A research purpose is creation of the unique database and information about experts about the results of the expert questioning, determination of perspective directions of development of the newest technologies, on the basis of lead through of strategic marketing's researches. Research method: strategic marketing's researches are on the basis of expert estimations. Theoretical and practical result: as a result of the executed research work the unique database is created about experts and the lists of critical technologies after certain priority thematic directions of power engineering "Power industry and energy-savings" and "Biotechnology and new materials" are formed, the passports of critical technologies are made. Results are for of projects of prognosis of scientifically technological development on 2013-2017, the government having a special purpose program of scientific and technical research-and-developments after priority directions on 2013-2017; strategic normatively legal acts in relation innovative development of Ukraine; for acceptance of effective administrative decisions. Novelty: a database is marked about experts and List of critical technologies it is formed first in Ukraine. Efficiency of introduction: the job performances will be instrumental in acceptance of effective administrative decisions for development of projects of the government programs, at forming of government order, normatively legal acts, in relation to innovative development of Ukraine.
