Авторами, на собственном клиническом материале (236 случаев асептической нестабильности компонентов ендопротеза тазобедренного сустава) изучены характер, частота, и локализация дефектов костных лож нестабильного эндопротеза, их влияние на функцию протезированного сустава. На основании полученых даных, обьективизировав класификацию Paprosky, опредилив патогномоническую локализацию критических значений величин резорбции вертлужной впадины и бедренной кости, с учетом степени нарушения функции протезированного сустава (за собственной системой оценки), предложили собственную анатомо-функциональную классификацию дефектов протезированного тазобедренного сустава с рекомендациями дальнейшей тактики ревизионного вмешательства. By authors, on own clinical material (236 cases of aseptic instability of components of prothesis hip joint) a character, frequency, and localization of defects of bone lodges of unstable prothesis, are studied, their influence on the function of joint. On the basis of finding, perfected clasiffication Paprosky, defining characteristic localization of critical values of sizes of resorption of acetabular and femoral bone, taking into account the degree of violation of function of joint (after the own system of estimation), own anatomycal and functional classification of defects of hip joint was offered with recommendations of further tactic of revision arthroplasty.
