The flowsheet of process of roughing-out of stems of hemp straw is developed with the additional moistening by the activated environments during rozstilannya. It is set that application of the electrochemical activated water environments allows to reduce the term of rozstilu on 4 days and get the relative increase of the bursting loading on 7,5 dan, to flexibility - on 7 mm and diminishing of linear closeness on a 6 tex.
