Urgency scientific study is conditioned by crisis phenomena's in financial system of the Ukraine, as effect of the world financial crisis and deterioration of the factors of the development to system activity NPF. The Subject of the study - a features risk, which appear in process of the operation of NPF, systems of protection and regulations realization risk to activity non-state pension fund in condition of the financial crisis, development methodological основ making the system of protection of the pension accumulations from their depreciating in condition of the world financial crisis. The Methods of the study. At decision of the problems of the study were used general-economic, legal and special methods of the study, as follows method logical and benchmark analysis, legal and economic analysis of the relationships, factorial analysis, trend of the development, processing normative and literary sources. The Results of scientific study. Grounds of conclusion is confirmed their approbation during discussion on scientifically-practical conference and round tables, which took place in Ukrainian association of the investment business and National association of the pension fund of the Ukraine and manager of the pension fund. The Results of the work are introduced in practical person of the functioning the Ukrainian institute of the development stock market. The Main sections of the study is sent for publication in periodic scientific publishing. The Results of the study can be used for development state politics on removal (or softening) of the negative influence of the economic crisis on activity NPF and financial institutions, which give binding on use facilities NPF, protection of the pension accumulations from their depreciating in condition of the world financial crisis, improvements of the conditions and mode to activity NPF and financial institutions, which give binding on use facilities to such funds, on all stage of activity NPF, and directed on protection of the pension accumulations from depreciating.
