Semenenko Institute of Geochemistry, mineralogy and Ore Formation popup.description2 The research subjects are minerals, biominerals and their analogous, synthetic implantates. The research aim is the development of the new approaches to study the structures and properties of the inorganic components and their synthetic analogous. These approaches are based on the bio- and nanominearlogy principles and crystalchemistry data of isomorphism regularities in crystal lattice of various minerals. The electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR), the nuclear paramagnetic resonance (NMR), the mass spectrometry with the laser ablation, X-ray fluorescent (XF) analysis, X-ray analysis, the computer simulation are the research methods. It is carried out study and the generalization of the data about the oxygen, carbonate and nitric centers in biominerals and their synthetic analogous. It is established that the native radicals reflect the activity degree of the collagen, and carbonate ion-radicals - the degree of its connection with the bone tissue. There are discovered anomalously high concentrations Te (50 times) and Hg (40 times) in the caries sections of the man tooth, in the comparison with the healthy. The possible places of admixture localization in bioapatite and in the contaminant mineral nanophases are analyzed. It is shown that the ions of Fe3+ and REE are localized, predominantly, in the Ca (ІІ) site in the synthetic HAP, the new scheme of the isomorphous substitutions of Ca -- REE is proposed. The research results can be used in mineralogy, materials science and medicine.
