The purpose of work is the development and research of construction concepts, mathematical and information models of the performance control systems (PCS) of the information-telecommunication systems (ITS) on the basis of modern management technologies of the information and telecommunication systems and networks. Methods and research tools are the methods of the theory of queuing systems, artificial intelligence, modern general and algorithmic algebra, mathematical logic and the general system theory. Main attention of the work is dedicated to the development and research of construction concepts, mathematical and information models of the ITS performance control systems, mathematical models of decision-making management and performance of ITS on the basis of prognosis of activity process dynamics, methods of analysis of ITS main parameters and methods of the adaptive routing and flow control in corporate networks, methods and algorithms of analysis, filtration and addressing of information messages. The designing of competitive program and technical tools of performance management of the information-telecommunication systems is the main direction of the use of SRW results.
