Morphological, genetic and structurally-biological features of congenital tumours which define aggression of growth of tumours Are studied. The analysis of tool methods of research (NSG, CT, MRI). Results of the surgical and combined treatment taking into account quality of a life of the patient, depending on radicalism of operation, gisto-biological and topographical features of a tumour are analysed. Indications and contra-indications to carrying out of different kinds of the combined treatment are defined. Optimized medical tactics, quality and life expectancy is improved, is reduced death and invalidisation children with congenital tumours of a brain. Practical value of the received results: made on the basis of technique researches allow to allocate groups of sick children of the raised risk and to optimise medical tactics for improvement of quality and life expectancy.
