The method of innovative synthesis of technical decisions is developed with the use of system information of genetic bank of data. Methodology, new field and circuit-field mathematical models are developed for the design of the physical fields, processes and modes of operations of the frequency-managed hauling asynchronous electric motors. The practical use of the developed methodology is rotined on the example of the frequency-managed hauling asynchronous engine by power 1200 kW. Methodology is developed and experimental researches are conducted on the physical models of influence of interconnect overstrains in the winding of inductor of asynchronous electric motor at his feed from the transformer of frequency.
