The object of research - system for oncological dicease treatment with photodynamic therapy method. The goal of research - development of the basic principles and technical approaches for novel medical technology for oncological dicease treatment with photodynamic therapy method (PDT) using ukrainian photosensitizer Hyperflav. The research methods - structural, comparisional and morphological analysis methods; experimental research methods; mathematical modelling methods; numerical and object programming methods; SAPR and modelling methods. The investigation actuality is the need to introduce into clinical practice in Ukraine the novel medical technology for oncological dicease treatment with PDT method. The requirements for structure and composition of the clinical system for oncological dicease treatment with PDT method (SODT-PDT) with ukrainian photosensitizer Hyperflav were substantiated. The optical features of the superluminiscent light emitting diodes were studied. Mathematical model of the PDT process was developed. The engineering method of PDT process parameters calculation was developed. The algorithm and interface of the PDT process planning software (betha-version) have been designed. The engineering specification of the SODT-PDT breadboard model was designed. The Suggestion and Medial and technical requirements for clinical SODT-PDT have been developed.
