Physical and chemical and technological bases of purposeful synthesis of the new (modified) coagulant of complex action (flococoagulant-sorbent) of the set compositions on the basis of domestic raw material are certain. Processes of coagulation and sorption are investigated at use of the specified reagent on waters of a different origin and composition of pollution. Physical and chemical bases of oxidation decomposition of organic pollution of the production sewage are investigated. Technological bases of salvaging of deposits (waste) of water purifying with regeneration of coagulants are investigated. The expediency and efficiency of use of the offered approaches to development of optimum schemas of water purifying and partial regeneration of valuable components is proved.
