This work investigated features of search of scientific and technical information and defined range of problems that arise when performing such search, in particular, the problem of insufficient pertinence of the search. To solve this and many other problems the concept of quasi-semantic search was proposed. The structural algorithmic organization of quasi-semantic search was developed. It includes the components: the search query editor, the linguistic knowledge base, the search agents, search engine and ranking results tools. The proposed approach was embodied in the prototype of relevant software modules, for which operation testing was performed that experimentally confirmed the effectiveness of the developed approach.
