The purpose of activity: to elaborate and to insert a system of diagnostic of inherent faults of heart (IFH) by means of a computer and magnetic - resonant tomography for improvement of outcomes of surgical treatment, decrease of a level of a natural lethality and infantile death rate from IFH. Method of testings: a computed tomography, magnetic - resonant tomography of heart (16-layers computer tomograph Sensation 16 corporations "Siemens", Erlangenr, Germany, magnetic - resonant tomograph Avanto with voltage of a magnetic field 1,5 Т., "Siemens" corporation, Erlangenr, Germany) with the intravenous introducing of a contrast agent, statistical data. On the basis of the designed indications for realization of a computer and magnetic - resonant tomography 1820 examinations of heart and main vessels for children with suspicion on IFH and established IFH are executed(made). By means of the built minutes СТ- and МРТ-RESEARCHES accordingly in 825 (45,3 %) and 225 (12,3 %) children is detected and is updated IFH. The sensitivity and specificity of a method of a computed tomography (КТ) and magnetic - resonant tomography (MRТ) in diagnostic of air force was compounded accordingly by 99,1 % and 80 % and 99,8 % and 93,8 %, an overall accuracy of a method CТ and МRТ in detection IFH have compounded accordingly 98,5 % and 99,6 %. For miscellaneous kinds(views) IFH are designed CТ and МRТ-YARDSTICK.
