It is experimentally proved, that wood plastic materials can compete to composite materials on the basis of thermoreactive glues behind the physical and mechanical properties, but unlike the last are nontoxical and can be subject to repeated processing. The influence of following technological parameters on properties of wood plastic materials are investigated: contents of wood particles (40; 60; 80%); pressing temperature (160; 180; 200оС); duration of pressing (0,8; 1; 1,2 min/mm), a kind of the modificating additions (maleic anhydride, lignosulfonat calcium, technical paraffin). The rational parametres of a mode pressing of wood plastic materials are offered: humidity of wood particles - 3 of %; a correlation wood: polymer - 40: 60; pressing temperature - 180оС; duration pressing - 1 min/mm; pressure of pressing - 3,5 МPа; pressure during cooling - 1,0 МPа; contents of the modificating addition (technical paraffin) - 5 %.
