The law of tree species distribution (spruce, larch, duglasia fir) by the average height, diameter, volume of the steam, the length of the living crown is used as a basis of such distribution. Groupings of trees by these indicators makes possible to compare the data jn planted forests with different plantation technologies, and thereby to use the optimal technology of forest plantations, including and the fast growing species plantation areas, the use of which gives the maximum impact on growth, quality and vitality of individuals. The stated principles of trees grouping in plantations characterize the degree of differentiation of trees in a stand depending on the adopted technological planting methods. Groupings of trees on the grounds of the investigated features made possible to develop the theoretical and practical basis for the estimation of actual and potential productivity of forest plantations. As an example, the productivity of forest stands of Roztocze have been evaluated. The area of low productive stands in the rich forest soil conditions have been found as potential sites for the FP. The expediency by the principle of species change application with the introduction of non-native low productive stand - FP - a highly productive native stand. This change would remove the phenomenon of "soils tired state", will improve the utilization of soil-climatic potential of site condition types. Thus there is no need to use expensive plantations technologies. The concept of using the FP as an intermediate stage in the overall cycle of cultivation of forest plantations have been developed. . The effect of FP influence on edaphic conditions studied, possibility of successful subsequent restoration of indigenous forest stands is grounded. Also the tree species composition of stand in specific types of site conditions have been estimated on which the plantation differ with the highest productivity and stability.
