Synthesis and screening of derivatives of thiazolidinones, azoloazines with guanidine fragments and sulfonylureas with heterocyclic substituents in their structures were carried. It was determined, that application of perspective practically untoxic substances 2501 and 2901 inhibited the development of experimental insulin insufficiency and insulin resistance, the process of atherogenesis and manifestations of endogenous intoxication, casing the improvement of mitochondria functional state and structure-functional state of erythrocytes, increasing the total survival of liver cells and pancreatic gland. The results of researches of substances 2501 and 2901 influence on pancreatic gland microstructure of animals with diabetes mellitus demonstrate expressive pancreotropic properties of these substances and their reductive-stimulate effects on insulin-producing apparatus.
