Research object: supersmall space vehicles. Purpose of work: development of principles of creation of supersmall space vehicles, intended for the remote sensing of Earth and research of circumterrestrial space. Methods of researches which were used for a decision, are the methods of theoretical mechanics, systems of automatic control, physics of solid, informatics and connection, computer digital design. The conceptual questions of the use and creation of small satellites are considered. The review of the modern state of development of small (university) satellites is executed, including their functional possibilities, scheme-technical and structural decisions. Certainly directions of subsequent perfection of the key systems of satellites are determined. Requirements are formulated to small satellites in relation to their use in the scientifical- educational programs. The scheme-technical decision of satellites is developed on the whole and his separate subsystems, calculations and designs are fulfilled, the general view of satellite is developed, experimental researches of separate components of satellites are conducted. Expedience of the use is shown as a pay load of the offered new developments (photoconvertors on the basis of nanoporous silicon, thermal pipes, thermal protective screens, thermal coverages, reaction-wheel motors) which are used in satellites as workings elements and systems, from point of checking of influencing of environment for their functioning. Conception of virtual laboratory of space researches as way of complex combination of space experiments and training of scientific personnel is grounded. Results of work can be used in research, project organizations which develop space systems, and in educational organizations in which prepare specialists after the proper subject.
