Promising low-toxic cardioprotector - 7-trifluoromethoxy-3-methyl-2H-1,2,4-benzothiadiazine-1,1-dioxide - was chosen after medicobiological investigation of synthesized substances. Process flowsheet of its obtaining was developed and optimized. In contrast with known 7-chlorodiazoxide employs in medicine now, this preparation displays hypotensive effect without arrhythmia observed.
