An influence of high pressure on ionic hydration is explored by means of molecular dynamics technique. This allowed one to observe sufficient changes in a structure of ionic hydration shells. A study of ionic influence on a structure of ice near ice-water interface helped to describe ice melting processes initiated by ions. Structural properties of TiO2 surface are drawn from an ab initio molecular dynamics simulation.
