A purpose of work is development of methods of generation of wall vortical structures. A research method is a physical and numeral experiment from research of vortical structure of stream. In the presented work conformities to the law of forming of the three-dimensional vortical systems are experimentally and in theory investigational on the deformed surface, as a mean of management of a wall layer for the change of hydrodynamic descriptions of the streamlined bodies. The results can be applied during development of approaches of hydrodynamic drag reductions and intensification of heat exchange.
