Purpose of the research – To analyze secondary tumor nodes and relapses development in patients with stage 1-2 with breast cancer, uterine body cancer, ovarian cancer, uterine cervix cancer and lung cancer after complex treatment using case history data about the follow-up using up-to-date information technologies. Methods of the research – Parametric and nonparametric statistics, multidimensional statistical analysis, actuarial calculation. Theoretical and practical results – The terms of increased risk of secondary tumor node development at long terms after the treatment were found in patients with BC, UBC, OC, UCC, LC. Dependence between the body mass index and development of primary and secondary tumors was traced. The influence of the factors frequently considered as risk factors of primary foci development was checked by means of comparison with general population tendencies. Novelty – the terms of follow-up were recommended. The results of various types of radiation and chemotherapy for long-term metastases and relapses were assessed.
