Research methods are surface plasmon resonance (SPR), immunoferment analysis (IFA). Comparison an immobilization of protein A Staphylococcus aureus on the unmodified gold surface, surface modified by dodekanthiol, by the hydrogen sulfide and thiocyanat in different concentrations was carried out. It is shown that for immunoglobulins immobilization on the gold surface only sequential treatment of the surface by KNCS and proein A creates condiions necessary for oriented immobilization. By the methods of surface plasmon resonance, immunoferment analysis, light microscopy in lysates to the green algae Bracteococcus minor, artificially infected by tobacco mosaic virus, a viral antigen was found.The volume of work on the stage is executed fully.
