The assumption was stated that magnetite nanoparticles obtained by polyol-synthesis are covered with the ligands (part of dietileneglycole molecules) that protects particles from agglomeration and provides creation of colloid solutions on these bases of different concentrations in different polymers. The magnetic properties of powder: saturation magnetization = 43 A m/kg2, coercitivity = 7 E, retained induction = 46 Gs which are consistent with tabulated data for Fe3O4.
