Research methods: clinical and labatorary, anthropometric, biochemical diagnostics of non-alcoholic steatosis and steatohepatitis, and also ultrasound and immunofermentative methods of diagnostics. For the leadthrough of researches the following equipment was used: biochemical and immunofermentative analyzers, microscopes, ultrasound scanner. It is set that patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease on a background a metabolic syndrome have violations of fermentative, lipid, carbohydrate exchange, which depend on the components of metabolic syndrome, state of insulinorezistens, state, age, duration of disease. Characteristic ultrasound signs are exposed for patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease with more than by 2 components of metabolic syndrome, that testifies to fibrosis of liver. At the estimation of indirect and direct haematological markers of liver fibrosis it is marked at non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, that substantial influence on the processes of fibrogenesis is had a components of metabolic syndrome, state, age. It is well-proven that independent prediktors of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease on a background a metabolic syndrome there are ALT, CRP, TG, GGTP, HOMA-IR, AST, diabetes mellitus 2 type. The conducted analysis allows to examine non-alcoholic fatty liver disease not only as a component of metabolic syndrome but also as a pathological process with increased fibrogenesis. The prognostical factors of development of liver fibrosis are determined at non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
