It was found that the quality of life of male patients with CAD most of all depended on functional class of angina and myocardial infarction, whereas women more importance had functional class of cardiac insufficiency, the presence of surgical menopause, psychological and hormonal status of the patient. As a consequence, established the feasibility of the method of stress echocardiography with dipyridamole to diagnose coronary artery disease (especially women), and to evaluate treatment options in this category of patients. In women suffering CAD before menopause the dose of acetylsalicylic acid 75 mg daily was insufficient to decrease platelet aggregation index and probably is linked with female hormones levels. In such patients an increasing of dose up to 150 mg daily followed by additional benefits.
