The method of growth of 1D ordered nanostructure - nanopillars - was developed. Concentrational dependences of specific resistance and dielectric permittivity of obtained composites were investigated. Taking into account of surface effects allowed to determine physical mechanisms of transformation of antiferroelectric or antiferromagnetic nanomaterials into ferroelectric or ferromagnetic ones respectively, appearance of ferroelectricity in thin films or nanoparticles, to reveal the nature of thin films self-polarization. For the first time self-ordered blocks of ZnO nanorods were growth and investigated by MOCVD method.
