It is noted that a qualitatively higher level of personnel safety management needs applying of conceptually new approach the essence of which is selection for work in radiation hazardous conditions of persons with high radiosustainability of organism. The possibility to assess the human individual radiosensitivity by the complex of genetic or physiological system indicators is scientifically justified. The methodology defining the indicators required for establishing of human radiosensitivity marker adapted to the survey screening conditions is proposed.
