The goal of the work: development of cavitational pulse unit for heat Power Station transfer to coal-water fuel usage. Research methods - computer modelling and parametric construction. Technical and practical results: calculated analysis of parameters of coal-water fuel combustion flame and influence its parameters on fire parameters is done, heat engineering characteristics of serial thermal boiler that uses coal-water fuel are determined. Design documentation is made, operative embodiment of cavitational pulse is made which provides coal-water fuel preparation and it's feeding on the boiler nozzles. Practical recommendations of transfer thermal boilers at the operating Power Stations from gas and fuel oil to coal-water fuel at their technical improvement are written and given. Novelty of the work is usage of cavitational pulse technology of preparation coal-water fuel which was implemented in developed unit construction. A new cavitational pulse dispenser (system of cavitational pulse oscillator) and system of fuel feeding on the nozzle of combustion unit of the thermal boiler are integrated in developed cavitational pulse unit. This unit provides technological circle of transfer the thermal boiler from gas and fuel oil combustion technology to coal-water fuel combustion.
