Work tasks is: to learn kliniko-laboratory, ultrasonic and radiological features of defeat kostno-hrjashchevoj fabrics at sick of a gout in a combination with OA; to estimate character of changes proinflammatory citokines depending on a course, prevalence and weight of pathological process; to learn dependence of defeat of an articulate cartilage on infringement degree purine exchange, to learn character of changes of density of a bone tissue in patients with a pathology of the oporno-impellent device; to develop the scheme of treatment patients with the combined defeat bone-cartilage tissue. Materials, methods of researches that equipment - patients with rheumatic diseases: clinical supervision, an estimation of a condition bone and хabrics according to biochemical, immune, ultrasonic, рентгенологически, денситометрического researches. Result of work: the Analysis of the received data testifies to development of pathological process against metabolic infringements in cartilage fabrics. It is proved, that in pathogenesis of cartilage destructions take part immune infringements with activation proinflammatory cytokines, what courses of an arthritis connected with a variant, cliniko-laboratory type of disease, presence secondary deforming OA, system displays of disease. Data are presented allow to introduce in clinical practice essentially new approaches to treatment of patients with use cytokine inhibitors, preparations with double action for treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis, and also immunomodulators.
