Optimal conditions of the formation and the extraction of the ion associates of osmium (IV) with basic dyes were established. Main chemical-analytical characteristics of the ion associates were determined. The possibility of simultaneous determination of osmium (IV) and ruthenium (ІІІ) was demonstrated. Optimal conditions of the determination of the analytical forms and the possibility of the determination of osmium (IV) and ruthenium (IV) in a single aliquot were investigated. Using obtained results, the techniques of extraction-spectrophotometric, spectrophotometric, luminescent determination of Os (IV), Os (VI), Os (VIIІ), Ru (VI) were developed. The possibility of the determination of Os (IV) in the presence of Ru (ІІІ) and of Os (VI) in the presence of Ru (VI) was shown.The spectrophotometric and extraction characteristics of IA diclofenac, indomethacin, ketoprofen, and piroxicam with polymethyne dyes were determined. The influence of a range of factors on the electrochemical characteristics ISE was exposed. Taking them into account makes it possible to predict properties ISE and develop electrodes with the preset parameters. On the basis of the obtained results, the author has developed extraction-photometric and ionometric techniques for identifying diclofenac, indomethacin, ketoprofen and piroxicam in pharmaceutical preparations and other objects which are noted for their sensitivity, selectivity, and fast and good reproducibility.
