Regularities of local and generalized brain cortex activity, power toposelective distribution during perception and verbal or non-verbal information processing, interhemispherical and intrahemisperical interactions, cortical-subcortical relations represent the subject of investigation. Main research goal is studying of regulatory mechanisms and psychophysiological activity system organization of different age groups persons (schoolchildren, students). Investigation methods - EEG correlation analysis, coherence analysis of EEG in different frequency bands, ERP correlation analysis, analysis of basic amplitude-temporal ERP features, reovasography, psychological testing. Electroencephalographic peculiarities of verbal and non-verbal (of different type and complexity) visual stimuli perception processes of junior, medium and senior schoolchildren and students, which are associated with sex, current attention level, manual asymmetry type, intellectual level, intellectual activity productivity and originality were revealed. Comprehensive study of brain cortex electrical activity, brain blood flow and psychophysiological functions of students, who had organism functional systems formation and maturation under conditions of prolonged low-intensive radiation exposure was conducted. The obtained results of the study have fundamental meaning. Predicted hypothesis of investigation object development - understanding of regulatory mechanisms and human psychophysiological activity system organization age-specific features will be a powerful means for teaching efficacy increase and for securing of high level of physical and psychological nation's health.
