The following important results were obtained: a) the estimation of the rotation angle of the decameter radio wave polarization plane in the interplanetary plasma; b) it is shown that the dispersion analysis of the interplanetary scintillations of the linear polarized radio emission allows the information about interplanetary magnetic fields to be obtained; it is shown the high efficiency of the interplanetary scintillations observations with a digital spectral analyzer DSP-z; it was obtained 1 Тbites of the interplanetary scintillations data with using DSP-z; it was confirmed that from the point of view of the activity at radio frequencies, 2009 was a year of the lowest solar activity; a new high efficiency heliograph was tested and installed.
